DC Partner is the only South African PDA that appoints dedicated client relationship officers to assist with the needs of each debt counselor.
This person is the point of contact with DC Partner and is available telephonically or via email to assist with any questions or queries. Should the designated client relationship officer be unavailable, any of the rest of the team will be able to assist to help resolve the issue efficiently.
DC Partner is committed to responding to all enquiries within two working days.
The allocated client relationship officer will not only answer queries, but also proactively monitor client books and ensure that everything is running smoothly. Weekly reports will also be sent on every book and recommendations made on any specific areas of interest and the way forward each month.
